Area of research experience:

     Bioinorganic and Supramolecular Chemistry. Synthesis of bioactive heterocyclic compounds special interest lies in the design and development of Materials as   Inorganic pharmaceuticals specially platinum metals based anti-cancer and anti HIV drugs besides our earlier interest in development of novel pesticides. Currently Concentrating more on Ruthenium based drugs and Metal assisted self-assembled systems for their applications in separation Technology. Twelve students were awarded their Ph.D. Degree in these areas and more than hundred papers are published beside Scientific presentations and Invited lectures in International and National Conferences (about hundred).
