ACCOMMODATION
Type of Accommodation: Limited accommodation is available through the Alumni Cell in the University Guest Houses, Dharmshalas and Maths. In order to avail this facility, please tick your preference in the Registration Form. Our alumni can also explore the possibility of staying with their friends on the University Campus. Delegates are requested to kindly book hotel accommodation if desired at their own level. It is advisable that the hotel booking may be made immediately because December is the peak tourist season in Varanasi.
Accommodation Charges: Payment for accommodation will be over and above the Registration Fee and delegates are requested to pay in advance if the booking has to be done through the Alumni Cell. The charges will be at actual rates.

Submission of abstract : October 30, 2009
Submission of full paper : December 10, 2009
Submission of paper is not a prerequisite for participation in the Meet. Our alumni who are not presenting a paper, too are welcome to be a part of the Meet and Seminar
