1. TA/DA

Teacher participants may be paid AC-III railway fare (all trains) or AC deluxe bus fare on production of tickets. Outstation participants provided boarding and lodging by the University on payment basis. UGC pays the University Rs. 250/- per day per participants to the outstation participants for 21 working days. The DA permissible to the local (Varanasi district) participants is Rs.100/-per day for 18 working days only. No TA is permissible to local participants.

2. Accomodation:

BHU-ASC provides accommodation to a limited number of participants on first come first serve basis on payment basis. The present charges are Rs.50/-per bed per day. In addition to this beds/rooms in the Faculty Guest House are also available on payment basis at the Guest House rate.

3. Reading material:

We provide reading materials in form of proceedings / compilations / printed published work or in electronic format.

4. Library:

There is a well facilitated library containing about 2350 books on various disciplines. We also subscribe some important Journals.
