BANARAS LAW JOURNAL

 

The Banaras Law Journal is published annually by the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University since 1965, has attained wide acclaim at the national and International levels for its high standard and quality evidenced by the fact that the articles and other materials published in it are indexed in reputed Indian and Foreign Legal Periodicals and also cited by the scholars and academicians. Articles and other contributions for possible publication are welcomed and these as well as books for review should be addressed to the Editor, Banaras Law Journal, Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221005, India. The articles and other materials are selected for publication on the basis of their originality and topical importance on the expert advice of the distinguished referees.
