MMV:Students
Students are admitted to Mahila Mahavidyalaya through an All India Entrance Test conducted by the Banaras Hindu University. They come from different states and countries. More than 70% of the students are boarders and reside on campus. The students of Mahila Mahavidyalaya have carved out a prominent place within the Banaras Hindu University system. More than 70% of BHU merit positions at undergraduate level are secured by them.
They have also made a mark in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities at the university and inter-university levels.
