Admission Procedure

Passed +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent examination. Merit Basis

Intake and Reservations

Max. 92 (RGSC 46, BHU 46) Min. 20 (RGSC 10, BHU 10) Seats Reservations as per Government of India Rules.

Fee and Facilities

Course Fee Rs. 5,000.00 (through DD in favour of the Registrar, BHU) (Mode remittance through DD in favour of the Registrar, Banaras Hindu University payable at Varanasi. Hostel Fee: Rs. 4500.00 University Fee: (at Fees Counter, Central Office, BHU) The Fee mentioned above is payable annually.

Facilities: Students are provided with Hostel and mess facility in the Campus. Health care facility is also available for students and staff members in the campus itself. Library with latest available literature, National and international Journals, Magazines, news papers are available to the students. Internet and Computing facility is also available for students.

When to apply?

The admission Notification will be released by the Controller of Examinations, Banaras Hindu University some time in the month of April-May every year along with regular UET/PET schedule of the University.


The course is designed to equip the students to familiar with modern office management and business communictions.
